Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent decision to build new shopping center in my area as it bring certain detrimental impacts on the community.

First of all,the shopping center is going to construct in the middle of the city in order to ensure the accessibility of everyone;however I strongly believe that it will agravates the existing traffic issues and pollution.

In fact,due to the increasing population it is extremely difficult to commute in our area because of the recurrent accidents and traffic congestions.Moreover,sudden increase in the number of vehicles will definitely intesify the amount of pollution by lowering the quality of air,consequently resluts rapide spread of many contagious diseases to the general populace.

It is important to encourage the advancement and growth;while we should consider the well-bieng of the citizens and the environment by promoting a sustainable developement rather than urbanization.Therefore,instead of establishing this grand commecial space the authority should encourage the residence to rely on the local markets as it could not only enhances the local economy but also the health of the people.
