Dear Miss Daisy,
I am writing this letter since I recieved your complain through the email and I want to say sorry for the disturb.
I know it was quite noisy on last week Friday because there was a band practice at my home, me and my bandmates were too focus on the practice for our competition. I am so regret that it was 6pm that day and we should notice that our activities will affect others, especially to your daughter since she was sick and require a quirt environment to sleep.
To express my apologise, I would like to pay the money of your daughter’s medication and promise that we won’t do pratice at home anymore.
Sorry about last week Friday and I am sure that there will have no similar things happen in the fulture.
Yours Sincerely,
Josh Hart
