Dear Kate,

I hope you have been well. I am writing this letter to apologies you I received email from the administration manager of the complex where she said that my neighbours next to me give the complain about noise on the past weekend.

I want to say sorry it was not intention to make noise or loud the music. We were celebreting my 40th birhdays so It was special ocasition it is not happening all weekends. So I understand that the music disturbed you. but we were on the rules to the property. My guests had gone before 11pm after there hour the music was down. I really apologise about that.

In the next time, I would be informate you that I will have celebration and keeping tte music in moderd levels. Also I should follow the rules and the times to will no affect any neighbour.
