Dear Mr. White,

I’m writing to you to complain about an inconvenient situation that is happening since three weeks ago in our building. From the appartment of our neighbour, Jim Carvert, that is, like us, on the 4th floor, is coming loud music almost every day until 1.00/2.00 pm.

I’ve tried to persuade him many times that such behaviour is truly inappropriate and disrespectful, but he didn’t want to listen. Instead he continue to listen to really loud an annoying music amost all the nights. He replied me that he is never at home during the day because of his work as a cook, and for this reason it’s the only moment he has.

I decided to write to you because his behaviour is causing me unbearable damages: bmy workplace is 1 hour by car from our flat and I have to wake up early in the morning to get there. I’ve suffered problems of concentration at work due to the lack of sleep he caused to me.

I suggest you to send him a formal warning, because I think his behaviour isn’t only disrespectful, but it also violate the rules of our building,
