Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am writing this letter is to express my dismay from the loud music that my neighbor listens at late nights as well as offering you some solutions for this matter.

The name of the person who lives next to my house is Nodirbek. No sooner have he bought his CD player recently than he started using his CD player at nights making very loud noise. Not only is he disturbing me and other neighbors, but he also makes us sleep in bad conditions. As a result, we are not able to sleep well as it is very annoying.

We would rather he listened to it at another time of the day. If he did, then we would be pleased.

I kindly ask you in order to take actions as soon as possible and I hope this matter will not occur again as you are very responsible
