Dear Mr. Brown

I am writing this letter to express my concern about the loud music coming from my next door folks late night.

I am living in this building for more than 5 years at apartment number 413 and Mr. Juneja, my neighbour is residing next door to me, who likes to listen very loud music late night

Because of the loud noise, I am unable to get enough sleep at night. I have to get up at 6 am to go to my job. That’s why it’s very serious problem for me.

As Mr. Juneja just moved last month, so I think they are unknown to building noise rules. Can you please talk to him and let him know how hard it could be for someone to take rest in loud noise.
