Dear Manager,

I write this letter in regards to a problem I have been facing for a while, the loud noise run through mid-night by my neighbour is causing me sleep deprivation.

To begin with, I have utmost respect for my neighbour but he likes to organise a party till 6 in the morning, which disturbs my sleep schedule as I have to be at work next day. Having said that, I have confronted the ongoing problem with him but he seem to show no care towards what I have to say. Hence, I have to file a formal complain. It would be very helpful if the music shuts at 10:00 PM on weekdays and give full permission on the weekends to play. Our building does offer a party hall free for it’s members, perhaps booking the hall would be wise to do so.

I hope you find the solution to this problem on an urgent notice.
