I am writing this letter to express my concer about the lack of parking facilities at our office building. As employee who working here, I have noticed that there is currently no available parking space for staff members, which cause some several inconvenience.

Due to there is no parking space, many employees have to park their cars far away or use public parking. This often takes employees arrive late to work. In addition, it can be stressful, especially in the morning which a lot of people go to work.

I would like to suggest that the company consider renting parking spaces nearby or arrange some parking spaces in the building for staff. This would help employees parking their car more easily and save time before work.

Having parking facilities will have advantages all team members because it can reduce stress and help staff come to work on time. Moreover, they can fell more comfortable,and employees focus better on their job and can work effectively.
