Dear Ms. Brown,
I was quite surprised to hear about your decision to leave the company. While I completely understand that new opportunities are an important part of personal and professional growth, I must admit that I feel quite sad about your departure
Over the past few years, you have been an exceptional manager and a great source of inspiration for our entire team. Moreover, you had never taken a single leave in entire duration of your employment which shocked me. I have never seen a person more consistent than you.It will certainly not be the same in the office without your presence. Your ability to solve problems calmly and support your staff has made a lasting impression on all of us
Before you leave, I would love to hear more about your future plans. Are you moving to another company, or perhaps planning to take some time to explore new opportunitiesI look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,Ravi.
