Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about a recent situation that I believe deserves attention. The purpose of this email is to reserve a room at the hotel, and I kindly request your assistance.

While I appreciate the effort has been made there were a several pionts that need to be known about it. Moreover, the time I wil be there with my family is would be around 10 in the morning our train going to arrive at 9 AM, it will take almost one hour to get to your hotel.

I would like to get room that have at least three beds, I want to spend the time with my family as I can, and will be gratful if inform me abou how much would be the price for that special room that I requested. However, do your hotol have activity that my family could have fun while they are here.

Please let me know if further information is required. I look forward to your response.
