I am writing to you regarding your latest review about our restaurant service. I really sorry to hear that you was dissatisfied after your visit. I sincerely apologies about inconvenience, and to make this situation a little bit better for you, I would like to offer a free diner in the restaurant for four people.
I can assure you that our management did a needed action to prevent repetition of this situation in the future. First of all, the server who was working that day was fired, as we think that such a behavior is unacceptable in our company. Secondly, we have provided necessary training for the rest of the team. Kitchen stuff was also informed about that accident, in the future they will pay more attention to the their coworkers in the front house.
