I am writing concerning the food that is served to the patients at your hospital.
My sister has been admitted at ward no.43 from last week; due to her surgery she needs regular checkups daily two times which resulted in her stay at the hospital. However, it has brought to my attention by her that the food served to her is of very poor quality.
Even I noticed last week, the vegetable soup served looks too watery with very little amount of vegetables and she mentioned it tasted contaminated and stale. The other day, there were a little bug in the food causing her to throw the entire meal. Serving meals like this at such reputable hospital is totally unacceptable.
Therefore, I recommend you to take serious actions regarding the food quality and training your kitchen staff to ensure no patient should be served this food as this is extremely unhealthy for them.
