Dear Manager

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing regarding the lack of a parking area in the manufacturing plant’s land, which has been causing many problems lately. To our employees and the surrounding companies as well.

I would like to bring to your attention the notices we received last month from the city hall about the excessive amount of cars parking on the street in front of our worksite. The surround companies have been reporting issues regarding the dificulty in receiving goods from vendors, once they are delivered in huge trucks and the estreet os packed of cars.

All the other companies have a parking slot for their employees , except ours. Building a parking slot would allow us to fix that problem and we would have an extra space to hold our BBQs and celebrations.

Last week I noticed that the small piece of land right beside our worksite is on sale. It should be still on sale by this time. If the company buys it and build the parking lot would be perfect.
