Dear sir,

My name is Mann Patel, and I am writing this letter with concern to the issues that we have faced due to absence of parking area for cars at our workplace.

As our building is built in a remote place, the lack of parking space has caused the employees to park further away from the office, thus increasing the risk of car thefts. Due to increase in workforce, the number of vehicles have increased. As a result, we have to park wherever we can find a vacant place which sometimes is a few hundred meters away.

Therefore, I believe that the management should address the aforementioned issues to avoid chaos in front of the building. Hence, a parking space will smoothen the parking process and save time of the employees.

I suggest that we rent a nearby vacant space for parking and appoint a guard to regulate the entry and exit of cars.

I hope that you will convey my suggestion to the board.
