Band 5+: ๐Ÿ“ TASK 2: Experts say older people were happier and healthier in past because they did exercise and spent more time with their family and friends, whereas many now suffer from loneliness and health problems. What are the reasons and what are the solutions?

In recent times, many people have felt negative emotions and health issues. Older people, on the other hand, they felt enjoyble and well being because they do physcial exercise and engage with their family and friends. This essay will discuss how social media and unhealthy food have effected on the community. Creating good habits and attending social activities can address this problem.

On major reason that people suffer from loneliness and depression is social media. Many people spend long hours on platforms such as TikTok or Snap Chat, which can reduce people’s connection with others, leading to feeling negative emotions. Moreover, overeating fast food plays main factor on health issues. To illustrate, If a person obesses experience new junck food daily, will contribute to get chronic diseases. For example, in 2024, a study proved that people suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, and obysity around in the world because eating unhealthy food regularly.

To tackle this issue, people should be encouraged to develop good habits such as going to gym. This will tremendously effect the elimination of unpleasent feelings. Also, supporting them to attend workshops assists them in meet new individuals. A peson can build relationships and make new connections. For example, from a psychological perspective, participating in social activities can improve people’s mental well-being and reduse feelings of isolation.

In conclusion, past generations tended to be happier and healthie than recent generation, they do excercise and engage with their society. Recent generation suffer from psychogical and health issues because they spend long hours on social media, and overeating junk food. people should be supported to form beneficial habits and anttend to social activities. These paly main role to solve this problems.
