Given the actual world situation, we can think that money is like two sides of the same coin, since many people are moving to a new country for better career and wage opportunities. On the other side, we have seen people who have given up the idea of a high incoming for a better work and life balance scenario.
A big wage is somehow attractive and a dream for most of us, but we can also see that this is generating a so-called “burnout disease” in the work environment, where some workers are almost reaching a 24-hour workload with no more social life, no time for having a family or even spending time with friends.
The great question still remains: which is more important, salary or job satisfaction?
The real question should be: a balance between both, as life and health are much more important in the end, and having a huge earnings without enjoying life is simply a waste of life itself.
