Band 5+: After leaving school or university, young people should choose a job or career that they love, rather than one that pays the best salary. Do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Some people believe that the graduates from school or university should apply to work that they prefer, rather than choose where the earnings are high. From my perspective, although a lovely job may involve financial uncertainty and offering, its benefits, including independence and stable growth at what you do.

The first reason why I agree to choose a preferable job is motivation to work more and more. The employee or business owner who really loves their job, can dive and explore to work-process with more engagement. The staff can spend hours and days at their favorite work with great enthusiasm. With this drive and zeal of freshmen at their new job may help to develop their skills much faster and become the master. For example, the huge amount of great actors, signers, painters etc. faced problems and public condemnation during the time, although they didn’t and did what they love and became who they are with ardor and motivation. While unhappy souls stay in faceless mass, without unlimited growth potential.

The second reason why I agree is the considerable stress and pressure with doubts in a thankless job . Miserable workers in a disliked role may feel unhappy and sad which make employees less productive at the work time. This barrier can be the biggest blockpost at the career. Moreover, undesirable jobs may be the problem to maintain a healthier balance between their professional and personal lives. This pressure can result in long working hours and considerable stress. Consequently, self-employment may not be suitable for people who prefer security and predictable working conditions.

In conclusion, at most times a preferable job has casualties and responsibilities. Nevertheless, I believe that the independence, effort and unlimited growth.
