Some might argue that traditional cars that we get used to driving today should be changed to cars empowered with electricity. I think that it is better to switch our focus on modern cars which rely on alternative resources rather than hydrocarbons not only to keep our planet clean but also to save fuel resources for future generations.
Transition can be supported for two main reasons. First, only relying on hydrocarbons as energy might lead to the point where humanity can run out of resources from which other products can be produced. For example, we can use methane for either energy production or producing liquid products such as diesel, naphtha and kerosene. Companies like Uzbekistan GTL can make it possible to some extent.
Secondly, in the world with a rapidly increasing population, it is arduous to meet the needs of humanity which means that we need a great amount of fossil fuels to cover it. This, in turn, means tons of exhaust fumes that we are releasing to the atmosphere. By doing so, we are damaging the environment more than ever. To tackle the issue, we need to deal with energy resources. In other words, we should use eco-friendly alternative sources of energy such as solar panels and wind energy.
To conclude, changing resources from one type to another one can benefit both planets to save longer and our future generation until fossil fuels are replenished for the upcoming several millennia.
