Nowadays, a big number of people decide to change their careers during their working lives . A possible reason for this is that people change their opinions about their jobs during this period. I think that this has more advantages because people are trying to find
something new.
Many people change their jobs throughout their careers, and this is absolutely normal. The major reason for this can be job dissatisfaction, and additionally, people might change their opinions at this time. Furthermore, another possible cause is a low salary. For example, at the beginning of people’s work careers, employers promise career growth and good bonuses, and there can be positive thoughts about the future job. However, in reality, a wide range of issues at work, and this may discourage them from continuing to work.
In my opinion, it is better when people are trying to find themselves in life and change workplaces several times than just going to a hated job every day with the hope that something will change. This is a positive development for society because people are developing and gaining a huge amount of life experience. Due to this, the standard of living and happiness of the population are rising. Society’s knowledge is also increasing, as people are developing in fields in which they are more interested.
In conclusion, even though the number of people who change the career is growing, it has many benefits for society and for work experience.
