Firstly, the there are various factors that contributes to job satisfaction such as salary plays a important role for job satisfaction low salary will destroy the working environment as well as the person will not be able to work with full dedication . For example, if two people are employed at same position then the employer should provide equal salary to both of them. Providing less salary to one and more to other will lead to conflict of interest and company will have to bear consequences. There are also various other factors such as, working environment ,mutual respect between employer and employee, proper canteen and washroom facilities. For instance, If organization provides proper working environment , looks after their comfort and safety and treats with them respect then employees in return will work with full dedication to achieve the mission and vision of organization.
On the other hand, it is not necessary that employees will be completely satisfied at their work place. For example , if a employer is providing higher salary to employee , the employee will be put under tremendous pressure and work load to achieve targets of the organization . There fore people always have to make adjustments because their expectation regarding to job satisfaction are not always satisfied.
