The exercise I’d like to talk about is jogging. It is a simple form of running, but it is usually slower and more relaxed than regular running. I think it is one of the easiest exercises for ordinary people to start with.
Jogging is quite easy to do. You just need a pair of comfortable sports shoes and a safe place, such as a park, a riverside path, or even a quiet street near your home. Before jogging, it is better to do some simple stretching. Then, you can start with a slow pace and try to keep breathing steadily.
I first tried jogging when I was a student. At that time, I wanted to become healthier and improve my stamina, but I didn’t really like intense sports. So I started jogging for about fifteen or twenty minutes after school. At first, I felt tired very quickly, but after doing it several times, it became much easier.
I think jogging is suitable for many kinds of people, especially students and office workers who spend a lot of time sitting. It is also good for beginners because people can control their own speed and distance. They do not need special equipment or professional training.
In my opinion, jogging is a good exercise mainly because it helps improve physical health. It can strengthen the heart, burn calories, and improve endurance. Another reason is that it is also good for mental health. When I jog, I can clear my mind and release stress. So for me,jogging is not only a way to keep fit, but also a simple way to feel more relaxed and energetic.
