A big number of population hold the view that older people should be leaders of organizations, while others say that young people can also do this job. I agree that elderly people are usually better leaders.
On the one hand ,older people have more experience. They have worked for many years and know how to solve different problems. Because of this, they can make better decisions and understand what is good for the company. Young people often do not have enough experience, so it is difficult for them to lead a large group of workers.
On the other hand, older leaders are usually more responsible and calm. They do not make quick or emotional decisions. This is significant because a leader must think carefully before choosing what to do. Young people sometimes act too fast, and this can create mistakes in the organization.
In conclusion, although young people have energy and new ideas, I believe that older people are more suitable to be leaders because they have more experience and are more reliable.
