Band 5+: Do children behave better when they are physically punished or rewarded?

The children of today will make the world of tomorrow. Hence, it is crucial for their parents to be concerned about their development. The matter of physical punishment for kids is debatable. In order to refrain their offspring from misbehaving they often castigate them. it may affect them negatively. On the other hand, reward them for their small achievement results flourishing future. This essay will discuss how punishing youths physically is destructive for their future as well encouraging them for their little triumph advantageous.

To begin with, in many countries beating children is prohibited. It has been found in some researches that corporal punishment has adverse consequences. For example, it results in loss of concentration in studies and make them depressed. It elicits aggression in them. Subsequently, it severely impacts on physical and mental health. Even though, there some people still overlooking the ordinance of authorities.

Alternatively, emboldening children for small winnings make constructive footprints in their mind, they may feel elated. It retains its activeness and support them to hold their mental wellness. For instance, if a child has gotten a small prize from school, buoying up them for this acquirement would push them forward for big success. Parents fortitude towards their progenies has a considerably essential role in their lives. Verbal praise has a significant contribution towards their growth.

In conclusion, children considerably behave better when they are encouraged. In order to, refrain them for psychological negative effect in their brain, they should be guided for their missteps rather than hurting them. Even parents’ activeness for them make them more enthusiastic
