According to surveys, many people who regularly consume quick-service meals suffer from obesity and diabetes.
On the other hand, there are also positive aspects to eating fast food, such as saving time on cooking. First, it saves a lot of time: people don’t have to spend hours cooking. It is usually important for students and employees who have a busy schedule. Also, fast food is accessible almost everywhere; restaurants with quick-service meals are located near offices, schools, and universities. Besides that, modern restaurants give a chance to order healthier foods such as salads and products with a lower level of fat. Thus, for many people, fast food becomes a practical solution when there is no time or opportunity to cook for themselves.
In conclusion, while consuming fast food offers negative results such as increasing the risk of disease, I believe that it can save time for many people.
