There is a view that group activities helps individuals develop more important life skills than participating in activivies done alone. I completely agree with this proposal, as team activities contribute to personal development in different ways.
First, collective activities can encourage students communication skills. If a students feels they are embarrasing, their classmates or groups helpping them. For example, many people need to share ideas, listen to others, and express opinions clearly in workplace and daily life. Therefore, they how to get along well with others in different situations in the future. In addition, people learn a strong leadership skills, such as guiding others, making group decisions and motivating team members. As a result, people have mutual respect and friendship among each others, which is improving development of society.
Another major disadvantages of these projects is that may help people more independent, as they must make decisions by themselves. This is because they often focuses on self-discipline and to be determined., which is encourages them to be more responsibile that difficult situations thatn others. Such activities allow individuals to improve at their own pace without pressure from others. Furthermore, activities played alone can be just as effective in teaching life skills because they require high level of concentration. When individuals work indepentently, they must stay focused without support or reminders from others, which are essential skills in both academic and professional life.
In conclusion, solo activities are largely necessary because they encourage people more independent and responsibile. However, cooperative activities should be adopted to better support students learning and development.
