Throughout the world,governments are struggling with a serious problem that is increasing in amount of people who are homeless.I am partially agree with this statement that governments have a huge role to handle this problem in case of destitute citizens.
Officials are responsible for happiness of each citizens, and it is their duty to follow up this crises about individuals who have no place to live and no salaries to support their family.
To tackle this problem, officials should be aware about every needs of this group of citizens, and the most important task is that they have no occupation,so on they have not any income . Government ought to establish several factories, and the mentioned group of people must hire as force workers. Additionally, to help this homeless people, officials can make a special place for them with lower rent which they can stay there until they find a place for themselves. For instance, in Finland they did a magnificent work on building houses for homeless people to live there with lower price.
In the other hand, destitute people have lost their confidence and reliance on themselves to continue their life, and in my opinion this is the most serious issue that has major side effect on them like losing their interest to get communication with others and so on . To solve this issue these individuals should be required to participate in therapy for boosting their confidence and ability to face with problems .
In conclusion, homeless people must not be excluded from society, and governments should ensure the happiness of their citizens, but furthermore, destitute persons should take part in this process and do their best to comeback to society.
