A topic that’s been discussed lately is whether is accepted for a rich and industralised country to help poorer nations to improve their life quality, speaking of health and education.
Some claimers support the idea that a developed nation has reached that status through improvements made by its own and so the exponential increase of resources should be only used to enhance furthermore life quality and education for its inhabitants, without taking into account the overall picture of the world and what all the other nations are going through.
On the other hand, poor countries need an economic kickstart, otherwise, how are they supposed to raise funds to improve the environment its people live in?
Moreover helping poorer nations might be even a positive economic contribute for both countries, the helper and the helped, because commercial exchange could become an important part of the economic introit. For instance a wider area may be used for agriculture or educationally speaking, ignorance could be defeated, which can always bring to some new important scientific findings.
In conclusion, if nothing is done to help the undeveloped countries, we can’t expect miraculous changes because those countries do not have the resources to raise their economy from zero. The only way to get to a better scenario is for a rich country to take responsibility and take the leap to invest in the future of them both.
