Last decades unemloyement among z-generation was witnessed in a lot of nations. Overall, this issue creates new problems for the next generation and a globe.
It is irrefutable that technologies have become popular among big corporations and those who do not have nessesary knowledge about usage these scientific machines could not be hired. It requires an enormous amount of skills and data to get a job. That is why young people choose to earn money more easy, for example, by investing in shares. But it can lead serious consequences if they do not have any experience or knowledge and he or she risks to loose everything. I believe that it is essential to have a shot at solving this problem. First of all, leaving schools means that students have not get enough information to get a scientific profession, for instance. And it could decrease the development of the world. In the light of unemployement a bunch of factories, labs and companies will be closed because of the lack of genious staffs. Secondly, this issue also affects the individuals. People who works at the offices have to take extra hours to make their job done and pay attention at their tasks even when they are at home, supposed to spend this time with family.
To solve this proplem people should attract the attention of students by talking about the privileges of working at the labs and companies. It is evident that freelance has become popular because of the possibility to work from home or any place of the world, but a government should focus on youngsters and show them the other side of working at the big corporations. It can be clearly seen that organising some career events could also help students to continue their studying in a particular path in order to be hired. However, it is possible that many of them will be scary to communicate with technologies and it is a chance to show them opposite and let them know that science and computers are thought-provoking and challenging.
To sum up, unemployemet among young generation could lead some bigger problems, such as suspending the development and staff shortage, but if students attention will be attracted by the inner culture of big companies or new technologies it is possible that the percentage of unemployement will be decreased.
