Band 5+: In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

In the current time, a lot of governments have found a difficulty in establishing residencies, such as: houses, villas, flats and even apartments due to the severe congestion at the city center of all towns in each country. That’s why many people are asking the governments to increase number of houses by building them in the countryside as they believe that this space is unnecessary. While many other people stand against this recommendation as they believe that country side should always be conserved. If it comes to me, I personally think that they should use a part of the countryside in providing more residencies in the country.A bunch of people are convinced that the only way to establish new homes is by using the space provided in the countryside for many reasons. Firstly, they believe that the countryside takes up a huge space of the town and it is not mainly used for residential purposes, so they want to introduce the idea of building houses in it in order to reduce the congestion in the city center. In addition, they are convinced that the production aspect of the countryside is much less than it used to be, as most of the fruits, vegetables and crops are grown in the glasshouse. I think these reasons are sufficient to support their opinion.Meanwhile, some other people believe that it is vital to retain the countryside and not build new homes there for some reasons. To begin with, they believe that building new homes in the countryside would lead to harmful effects that may lead to the death of animals and plants. Since, as the population in the countryside increases, the number of vehicles increases, results in bringing about toxic gases in the air which can not be inhaled by any creature. Furthermore, they believe that it would lead to the immigration of many animals, as animals always tend to live in places away from human beings. I genuinely believe that these concerns could be avoided by human beings.Taking everything into account, both sides have their convincing reasons to support their opinion. But I personally think that the countryside can be used in other purposes than growing crops and raising animals.
