City planners are going to separate buildings such recreational areas and education centers to exceptional zones. Regardless of some possible disadvantages, I believe such compartmentalization benefits towns as well as dwellers in many ways.
Separation of education center as well as homes in urban areas can be cause of inconvenience and difficulty for dwellers. Initially, it can be unease for people who live there as they have to more productive and fixing their sleep schedules in order to be on the time for their several decisions across the city. This can result in stress, fatigue, and reduced productivity. For example, long distances leads to traffic congestion and extreme levels of air pollution, which has negative effect to the quality of urban life. Moreover, separation of leisure facilities out of city where many people live especially retired person with orphan kids can contribute negatively financial and physical for them because it can cost very much due to traffic and distance.
I, however, believe that separating buildings in urban areas according to their function is a sensible for city-planning decision. First, this system ensures better arrangement of cities and prevents overcrowding. Because of this arrangement-all necessary places for people’s comfort and for city’s development should be on the center of the city, while leisure facilities and learning hubs should be in quitter places like periphery. Schools and universities placed in quieter districts provide students with a calm and focused learning environment which free from the noise of commercial zones.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that although separating shops, schools, offices, and homes can be inconvenient for some individuals, the long-term benefits and well-being of social community and economic development clearly outweigh the drawbacks.
