Sport is becoming essential in today’s life, it emerges discussions among society, what is more important between have a power in physic or strength in mentality. In this essay, I would like to elaborate both sides and provide my opinion.

To begin with, to achieve accomplishment in sport people need a strong body, in competition the one who have an athletic build always be considering as the strongest and essay to win. As an athlete, regular exercise is compulsory not only to get good posture but also to gain healthiness, so they can compete in a great condition. For example, the soccer players are training for years in preparation for World Cub, they spend their time in fitness to built a strong stamina and body, so they can compete In their best state.

Furthermore, although physic is the primary element to be successful in sport, there is one a component that is no less crucial, namely mental health. In a facing a match, external strength alone is not enough, but there must be internal strength to help build a sense of self-esteem and inner joy. For instance, on of the famous boxer, Rahul Pinem was found deceased after jump in his hotel room in Bandung. Disturbed mental health due to lot of pressure among athletes was the reason, this highlighting the lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining mental health rather than just focus on physical health.

In conclusion, the exercise world is need a instence physicality in order to prosperous in a match and obtain a healthy physique. Not only that, a well-being soul can lead the individual gaining self-confidence, feeling of happiness, and far from pressure of their job. In my opinion, in order to be successful in sports both components are important, having a strong proportion will be useless if the players in a depressive state, as does the opposite. Finally, sufficient exercise, support by surrounding people, and always in a high vibration are the best way to be successful in life whether in the fields of sports or in other fields.
