In a fast-paced world technology is involved in all possible fields including sports. Some believe that these latest innovations acts as a catalyst for sports-people to be successful, whereas there are others who contradict by stating that latest equipment does not define successful sports people.
Firstly, training the physical body with the latest equipment will definitely be useful for athletics. Latest means new and improvised, which in-turn attracts a sportsperson to train oneself and become successful. There are certain physical body training which cannot be achieved using old technologies and in such scenarios new technologies help athletes to overcome the hurdle.
Secondly, sticking to traditional training can be effective on certain sportspeople in a unique way. Athletes who train themselves regularly without using the latest edge-cutting technologies believe that process is more important than the equipment. Sometimes forcing a new equipment to train with can throw the athletes off-balance and can cause severe physical body damage. In addition, equipment training can be done by people who are physically strong and can mentally handle themselves in case of a catastrophic incident.
In my view, although physical training with the latest equipment can be quite effective, latest sport technology implies non-budget friendly and hence, not everyone can afford to train with up-to-date equipment. Furthermore, adjusting one’s training routine to include new equipment can be difficult which can result in disrupting self confidence. Therefore, in my opinion, I believe that a sports person need not train oneself with up-to-date technology to be successful.
