This is because people have all their resources available with them in their houses like computer, internet, etc. For instance, during COVID-19 pandemic in year 2020, people were locked down in their houses where they can’t go to their offices to work. At that time, due to modern advanced technonology, professionals were able to do their official work from their own place. Additionally, it helped them to accomplised their tasks and responsibilities of their workplace and also got their payment for the work they’ve done.
Working from home has prons for both individuals i.e. employees and employers. This is because it will help them to save time and money. From workers perspective; the amount they spent for their transportation can be utilized for other purposes like groceries as well as the travelling time while going to workplace backandforth can be spent with their family members which will create stronger bond. If we look to the employer side, the company can save the from the expenses like utilities (electricity, water) bill, rent amount, which can be used to provide benefits, rewards and compensation to the employees working for the firm.
In conclusion,some of the locals are seeing most of the people doing their official work from home in their surroundings, which is due to the development of advanced modern technology or digital tools like laptops, mobiles, and other electronic gadgets. Furthermore, employers and employees, both can save a lot in terms of time and cost which will reduce expenses for the company.
