Band 6+: In some areas of the US, a 'curfew' is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In some cities of Kazakhstan after a certain time teenagers can not go outdoor, unless they are with a grown-up. I totally agree with that because after 11pm in the streets is too dangerous for teenagers between 13 and 18 years old. Moreover, most of them are irresponsible when it comes to make a decision.

Children between 13-18 years old should be indoors late at night because it is much safer.

Over the last 10 years in Kazakhstan the number of violent incidents has increased that could lead to tragic consequences. Therefor staying home during the late hours is the safest option for teenagers. For instance, I saw the news about teenager who was murdered by other teenagers only because of girl. And that all happened at late at night, making it difficult for anyone to witness or to provide evidence.

Adolescents due to their limited life experience, often make impulsive decisions. At this age, most teenagers are going through significant hormonal changes, which will make them rush while making decisions. Very often they do something and only later start to think about it, which can lead to inadequate evidence. Additionally, many teenagers are influenced by older peers, often engaging(увлекаться) in harmful activities like drinking alcohol or taking drugs. For example, in Kazakhstan number of police officers patrolling at night has increased to deal with drunk teenagers that thought, it is okay to drink alcohol late at night with other teenagers. It has caused troubles on the street after dark.

In conclusion, I am convinced that teenagers should not be allowed to be outdoor after 10pm as they are unable to protect themselves from danger. In addition staying at home for these hours it is the best way to protect them from impulsive decisions during the late hours.
