It is widely acknowledged that the issue of rejection of resume based on the applicant’s age is rapidly intensifying, presenting serious concerns both for individuals and the broader economy. This growing problem has led to widespread anxiety and distress. There are various factors contributing to this issue, and several potential solutions can be proposed to address it, which will be explored in the following paragraphs.

To begin with, although abilities and experience are required for any work ,age is equally significant for the position . Evidence supporting this claim suggests that safia markets should be imposed on some work requirements for employees. To cite an example, there are age requests by their workers from 19 to 35 .Additionally, another significant contributing factor is time value. For example, as a result of spending more in the economic world, old generations are prone to making a good-decision processes than young children. For example, according to a survey between youth and elders who are the letter ones have shown more knowledge to make decent decisions.

In addition to, lack of work experience among the young generations who should be seen as a hobby rather than duty and profession. as a result of finishing online courses and classes, adolescents should not behaviour themselves in jobs and careers . For instance, if the company should deliver their workers to conversation, the majority of enterprises avoid attracting youths for work . Because these ones should not have adequate knowledge and experience so that companies cannot risk whatever their reputation and development.

In conclusion, while addressing a rejection of resume based on their age is undeniably difficult, it is not insurmountable. With collective action and the implementation of the strategies mentioned, there is hope for mitigating this problem. I firmly believe that it is crucial for all individuals to contribute toward resolving this issue.
