Nowadays, in majority of countries, authorities are proposing the idea of hiring new employers regardless of their age category. I am fully convinced that it is definitely an impactful trent that has to be implemented in other lands too. Despite being still young, even teenagers who are trying to apply for a college to pursue higher education are being more responsible and reliable than one’s who are older than them.
Initially, supporting the idea of hiring young or retired workers is a positive trent. The reason why it is becoming more commonplace in developing countries is that majority of experienced workers are retired and the ones with full of energy and motivation to work are young employers and even adolescents. Not only does the colloboration of these two classes enhances the limit and quality of the work, but it also helps youngsters to learn new aptitudes that has already been practised by older generation. Singapur is a prior example for this development. In Singapur 25 percent of teenagers do some internships to gain crucial experience for future career or college research, while these teach them these skills and assist them to achieve better productivity in work or research study are seniors who are in their sixties.
Apart from that, interactions between different aged labors helps to tackle problems in work as seniors mostly have solutions to address these issues. Many doctors, especially surgeons do not understand the proccess the very first time they experience their surgeries. But the only people that understand how the robot will analyze and forecast the result and the implementation of surgery are experienced workers. The blend of energy and experience makes the task easier and full in quality.
To summarize, it is absolutely practical and positive to employ people from different age classes, since youngsters are physically powerful, while olders have a lot to teach their future successors
