In many nations having your own house is very useful for citizens better than to stay on a rent. Most of the population in many countries are renting a house or a apartement to stay. However, other intent to own one. Which I think is the best positive option for future.
Despite, staying in a rented place people prefer to have their own house beacuse of the prestige they want to earn and the status they earn by having their own house. People who live in other house in a rent are often having problems of privacy and also having issue of not being able to make changes of their living places because of owners. Along with society rules people also have to follow their owners rules to stay in that certain house/apartement.
On the other hand people could buy a house and live peacefully. Having your own house would give you confident around neighbours and your friends of good status. if you stay in an rented place then you have to submit monthly payment to the house/apartement owners which could be a problem some times. From my experience you can buy a house in a loan and submit same rent amount as an loan installment and at some point you can own a house of yours and still the house will be on your name from the start.
As a result people have noticed that the benefits of owning your own palce and are avoiding to stay on a rent over many countries around the world. Having your own small world, such as your owned house and being yourself in that space is never a bad option.
