In number of countries having your own house rather than renting is extremely significant for most citizens, as it has its own benefits and better sides. The reason could be the convenience of owning their detached home or high-rise flats, which is in the preference of their own imagination. In my opinion, it has its positive points as well as negative. The following work will justify my opinion.
First of all, the huge value of owning a home is that they will have their own space with self-reference and design. For instance, they choose the decoration, furnitures and the wallpapers on their own, which comes well with their sense of style and taste this. It is one of the most important points for most people as majority of them are likely to live in that house for the rest of their lives. The negative side of renting a flat or a detached house is that they are managed to spend more than half of their monthly income to the rent and they cannot change the design of the home.
On the other hand, renting a home might have a couple of positive impacts. Firstly, it is better for most people to pay the rent each month by little amount, as it is commonly not affordable for most people to buy the house for huge amount of money.
To sum up, owning a home is really crucial in majority of regions, for particular reasons related to the coziness and independence, and it has its both negative points and benefits for each person.
