In many countries, the food which has been exported internationally is widely available for citizens. Despite the drawbacks associated with this trend, I firmly believe that the advantages are more significant.
One of the main advantages of importing international cuisine across the world is the chance to consume healthier meals. Many countries – – particularly India – – produce salutary foods which contain ingredients such as herbs and vegetables that can improve the digestive system of individuals. The availability of Indian cuisine around the world supports the overall health and well-being among the local residents.
Another advantage is encouragement of tourism. It is visitors who come to Italy in order to eat the meals which they have heard of or tried once in their own nation. The pizza, which is well-known across the world for its taste and nutritional value, is recruiting numerous people to consume the meal. Thus, once the food is consumed, most individuals want to try its original taste by going to Italy.
On the other hand, one of the main disadvantages is unaffordable prices of imported foods. Most countries use transports such as planes, ships, and so on; therefore, the transportation fees increase the costs, making them expensive to buy. India, for instance, delivers the meal named pachuri, which is budget-friendly, but it is available in Uzbekistan at very high prices.
To sum up, the advantages of imported foods can outweigh the disadvantages by supporting people’s health and finances. Therefore, the global availability of food is a positive trend for many nations.
