Back in days, majority of the people used to go to their workplace to work. However,in modern times,due to the advancement in technology many people are working from home. This essay will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of this development.

Firstly, working from home enables convenience and saves time. It means, with the use of computers, internet and smart phones one can easily work no matter where the person is, resulting increase in convenience and saves the traveling time for their work. For instance,most of the programmers write code to build different websites or softwares while sitting in their home which makes them comfortable to work and they didn’t have to go to office as a result it saves time. This culture also reduces travelling expenses because ones shouldn’t need to go to their job place.

On the other hand, there are some drawbacks of this development such as making people lazy as well as introvert. Take,for example, if employees don’t have to go to their office to work then it makes them lazy and reduce the amount of contact with their colleagues,making them introvert in long term. Moreover, working from home may reduce the concentration of a person while working,as there are family members in the home which may distract a employee.

In conclusion, in my opinion, I believe that working from home culture is more profitable than doing job from workplace because it provides comfortable environment for job holders as well as decrease the amount of time for travelling
