It is often discussed that there is no reason for people to prevent animal species becoming extinct and that this process is totally natural. AS some may agree to this statement, I strongly belive that humans should and can prevent the extinction of animal species. In this essay my opinion will be discussed with reasons and variant examples.
Firstly, in todays world lots of species such as penguens are in danger, in the future they might become extinct like dinosaurs. I belive that humans should protect the animal species that might became extinct in near the future. The reason behind my view is, our generation grew up watching animal documentaries about wild life, penguens and more kinds of animal species. For example penguens will be history maybe in 5 to 10 years and we will have to tell our childeren that they were real when we were little. If we can prevent penguens becoming extinct our childeren can also see penguens in real life.
Secondly, every animal species have their own spot on the food-chain. So it is important to prevent animal species becoming extinct. The food-chain is really important in our lives. This chain has variant species and every each one matters. For instance, bees, phsically they might look small but it is known that they have a huge roll on the food-chain. Lots of scientists say that the day bees become extinct the food-chain will tear apart one by one and other species will become extinct.
To conclude, I strongly think that humans should try to prevent animal species from becoming extinct. If not world’s food-chain might tear apart and that will cause lots of problems including the danger of lots of species becoming extinct. Also some animal species won’t pass to the next generation and they won’t be able to see them.
