It is true that the extinction of species like dinosaurs is naturally inevitable and human should not interrupt the process. However, I partly believe that people should intervene to curb and maintain their survival.
The fact that some species may extinct has become obvious and it can be attributed to several reasons. Firstly, wild animals must evolve and adapt in order to survive while those that could not keep up to the harsh conditions would be eliminated. For example, gigantic dinosaurs could not hardly survive against volcanic eruption as well as other natural disasters due to their oversized appearance. Secondly, the amount the efforts and finance required to research the animals preserving process is extremely challenging. In many developing countries, the investigations in retaining wild species from extinction are still impractical compared to more vital sectors such as medicine and education.
Nevertheless, human should make a great effort to prevent animals from complete disappearance. Preseveving animals that are at risk of extinction such as Panda or Rhino are is extremely crucial to maintain the biodiversity. This is because every species are connected to others and plays crucial roles in the nature cycle as well as the food chain, the disappearance of one specie would result in negative impacts on human and other types of animal. These include the imbalance in natural bondings and a significant interruption in food chain. For example, if the prey animals disappeared, the predators would end up starving to death.
In conclusion, while it is obvious that some animals would extinct naturally, I still suppose that people are encouraged to retain this tendency.
