It is difficult for people who live in cities to get enough physical exercise. What causes this? What solutions can be taken to solve the problem?
Nowadays, physical health appears to be one of the most significant for a great number of individuals all around the world. Those who live in cities quite often struggle with the lack of physical activities, and there are some logical clarifications to such situations. Obviously, solutions to each problem exist, and anyone who is willing to resolve them can try.
To begin with, the predominant reason for such circumstances can be a lack of time, which can justify the absence of physical exercise. The majority of people who live in big cities, with their daily problems such as work responsibilities, domestic problems, and the like, frequently cannot even find time for self-care, not to mention attending weekly setions at the gym. Of course, it depends on the person and their whims. It is often said that if the individual wants something for real, they can do it or have it; yet, I assume that in reality, especially with the current situation in the world, this saying might not be that accurate or actual. Another factor is that some people, especially those who work more than 7 hours a day, are simply exhausted. Most of them prefer to spend time in front of a TV or catch up with their friends, which helps them better than any physical exercise. Although the active life tendency has increased in the last few years, but greater number of people prefer the first option instead of following the trends.
There are some possible solutions that can definitely resolve the problem. One of the most obvious is that people need to maintain a life-work balance, which is absolutely necessary in this situation. There are no problems in deciding which things make no sense for the individual’s future; they can simply be avoided, and time for exercise will appear. Moreover, in some cases, for instance, in the work at the office, the employee is the person who might as well take some actions. To illustrate, some physical training can be introduced for employees from time to time. I doubted that two sessions a week can damage work progress, since our mental health directly depends on our physical health, and such factors as productivity or total focus on work progress can be achieved through the above-mentioned method.
To conclude everything said above, the absence of physical activities in cities is a more frequent phenomenon due to some obvious reasons. Fortunately, there are different solutions for most situations, which can significantly improve human existence.
