The number of children who have an unhealthy lifestyle has increased significantly. This happening might be a consequence of inattention from parents and schools. Parents do not impose discipline on their children and schools do not inform them of the results.
It is considered parents have the most role in raising children. Nowadays, most parents have a job. So, they have less energy during the week. As a result, parents may spend less time for raising their children and provide new gadgets for them like smartphones, tablets, and gaming consoles. Therefore, in contrast to older generation, children do not have physical activities. And one more thing, this problem admires children staying at home. Consequently, they are less passionate about communicating with their peers and this will harm their communicating skills. Eventually, all of these matters lead to have an unhealthy lifestyle in both term of physical and mental. However, parents can limit the playing game time and force them to do more active movements or enroll them at sporting centers like swimming pole, football, basketball, and etc.
On other hand, there is another factor which is related to this problem. Schools have an essential role in education of both children and parents. So, institutes can teach children how they have better behavior in their lives. Teachers can assess what reasons can affect on children for attracting them to do more physical actions. For instance, school can find in which fields a student can have talent.
In addition, the governments can play a role in this subject. They can provide some funds for doing research about improving children’s lifestyle. Another good example of this is expansion of the sport and entertaining centers for children.
In conclusion, for solving this problem there are several factors: parents, schools, and governments that the most important is parents. Schools plane and guide children how they can live better and parents are their supervisors lead them to correct ways. Also, governments can simplify the path for parents and schools with financial supports and stablishing related centers.
