Many governments consider economic advancement to be the most significant goal. While others believe that alternative types of advancement are equally essential for a country, I strongly believe that both financial and other types of developments, such as quality education and good health, are equally important.
Some authorities consider financial stability to be their primary goal. This is because they consider that being economically stable helps the overall development of the country. They are of the view that financial progress helps a country flourish in all other sectors, such as industry and technology, and thereby secures the country’s future. For instance, authorities proclaim that a financially independent country can sustain its citizens in case of any calamities without help from other nations.
On the other hand, others believe that other kinds of developments are equally important. They believe that a country cannot be successful only by ensuring economic stability. This is because other factors, such as education and health, play more crucial roles. Education helps build a productive generation. This in turn will help in advancing all spheres, including science and technology. This overall advancement will further boost the country’s economy. For instance, a new breakthrough in technology will bring more money into the country. Loss of health will lead to ultimate breakdown, thereby reducing the manpower of the country. Growth in the field of health sectors is very essential to ensuring a country’s stability. For instance, COVID-19 has decreased the economy of many countries.
From my point of view, a country should give equal importance to all sectors. Sustainable development is essential for building a safe future. Failure in any one of the sections will have devastating effects on the country. For instance, if a country has poor education, it will hinder its development.
Economic progress is the only goal of some governments. While others hold the view that other types of progress are equally important, I think that progress in all sectors is very important for a country’s development.
