To explicate it , with the growth of new industries which leads to increase in job opportunities.As a result people will be able to fulfill their basic needs without any difficulty.. Furthermore, it will boost the economy automatically as it increases the national income .. A survey conducted by a corporation in the UK showed that uk is one of the powerful country in the world as there per capital income is more as campare to others …

shifting towards the demerits , the loss of natural habitat .. In other words for the construction of new buildings deforestation is the first step .. It directly impacts birds and animals .. Due to this several animals loss their lives .. A deadline in the newspaper Tribune revealed in 2019 the adoption of new technology is the major cause of it ..

in conclusion , although this trend brings new employment opportunities for people ,yet it is also undeniable that it demolish the homes of various birds and animals …
