An increasing number of individuals believe that healthy food habit and its necessity should be taught in school . While others say that its their parents responsibility . Although there are some benefits if this is taught through family gurdian , in my opinion school is the best medium .
On the hand , for shaping children food habit parents duty is impeccable as children spend most of the time with their family members . This is because a child’s innate traits is to imitate others , consequently they subconsciously do the same thing elders do . As a result , if father and mother nourish healthy activity in front of their kids may implement nutritious food habit .For example , if parents consume junk food which detriments health may make contemplate minors as this food are sufficient to strengthen their immunity . Whereas if guardians cooks fresh and balanced meal together and take meals together can make children robust and confident .
On the other hand , schools are more capable to make children more keen on balanced food as they mostly affected by their peers . This largely duty in educational platform pupils come from different background and culture which ultimately shape their food habit . As a result , another student get easily influenced and can show eagerness to have them which may have positive and negative impact on body . Therefore , as a solution teachers and school authority can organize seminars , projects and awareness sessions , depending on the tiffin learners are bringing . To demonstrate , when someone is having unhealthy burger which looks captivating but less nutritious may attracts another child who has balanced meal . So , in this case if tutor compare both food based on nutrition and illustrates them via animation can make children meticulous .
In conclusion , there is an ongoing debate who should make children habituate whether school or parents . There are some advantage if parents do this . However , I assume schools are more capable to do so
