In today’s rapidly evolving world, the topic of personal health is a subject of diverse discussions. Some people think that living in rural areas can lead people to an easy lifespan while others find urban areas are perfect for the overall healts of the inhabitants giving that its high quality services.This essay will discuss both viewpoints and present a personal opinion on the matter.

On the one hand, the proponents who find rural areas as a best place for the overall lifespan think that habiting in suburbs can provide a moderate climate and a pollution-free environment. They pretend that living in a clear surroundings can bring a piece to life and maintain the overall heath. Furthermore, technology is not highly developed in far-fetched areas which is mainly considered as a main matter of the stress. Once individuals are not affected by the mass and the web their way of life also go easy and calm.

On the other hand, living in an urban cites can offer the individuals a variety of opportunities. The abundancy of public and social connections like; medicine, a quality education, being up-to-date all the changes can feed the ones with whatever they want. From a psychological point of view, regardless of your occupation downtown life can offer you a wide range of choices that you can boost your professional career.As a result this positive effect stimulates the satisfaction of one’s life and the release of endorphins. Next positive aspects of being a part of urban community is its excellent health care system where you can maintain your aveall fitness regularly.

In conclusion, while there are reasonable advantages of living rural areas, I personally believe the benefits of living in urbanization outweigh its counterparts giving that its above-mentioned positive aspects.
