A school of thought is widely held that morden games appear to become more beneficial than traditional games in boosting children’s ability developments. While I accept the perception is somewhat justifiable, I assert that modernized games could be significantly more advantageous.
On the one hand, it can be understandable that conventional games could be advantageous to some extent. Firstly, it possibly helps children avoid becoming addicted to video games. Some old games such as puzzles or chess can somehow take a long time for them to complete every single round or even some young players tend to spend more extra time to obtain knowledge about the game’s strategies which deprive them of a huge amount of time. Furtherly, youngsters are possibly no longer interested in online games. Secondly, conventional games tend to improve their cognitive thinking. To be specific, thanks to consistently practicing numerous traditional games, especially chess. Children are able to form a way of thinking more logically in every game they have attended, overtime this can serve them better brain function in the future.
Some old games require playing face-to-face mode such as chess throughout interaction personally, children appear to usually play with their parents. This in return, can foster the family bonds
On the other hand, there are a host of compelling reasons as to why I am convinced that playing video games have some crucial roles in young children and can easily outweigh the conventional one. One rationale is that children can obtain immensely high-tech skills. This is because it obvious that some modern games nowadays demand players to have a good profound of knowledge about adjusting every setting in the games in order to enhance their experience when they participate, which not only does they can improve their problem-solving skills in their real-life via through the situation that the game has but also they somehow able to customize their functions on their gadgets smoothly. In the long term, thanks to the immersion into online games, they can somehow improve children’s ability to specialize their technology skills in using smarter and faster. Another justification is that the early access to modern games can boost children to be more creative. To be more specific, some online games may have intense dedication in unique which can somehow inspire youth to learn more deeper about the content preparation via realistic graphics, this in long-term, tends to prompt children’s creativity development potential by making a great design of their own products related to digital games. This activity significantly boosts their imagination as well as their innovation.
In conclusion, while it is irrefutable that modern games may not be as advantageous as traditional games, I would contend that the formal surpasses the latter.
