Nowadays a lot of people change their career path during working life. People switching their branch for several reasons, such as seeking personal growth, better financial rewards. Also, from my point of view, this trend has both positive and negative effects for individuals and society.
First and foremost, the reasons of this tendency directly are connected to the private companies. Employees try to improve their professions along with years, but the admissions don’t appreciate their effort. Workers get down after repeated similar situations. Secondly, professional worker wants to get financial value, so that, free rivalry is allows to transfer well-known people to good position from another companies. The main points of this reasons are that, they have limited opportunities, that people feel stuck in their positions and the salaries do not increase. For example, there are many options which, programmers can change their work easily in IT industry. As a result, when people have the chance to improve them, they will have more choices to change their career path.
On the other hand, this situation has positive development, such as improve free rivalry in the job markets. The employers try to make good conditions for their workers, who move forward the company. For example, people can work remote their tasks at home. Although there is negative side is adaptation problem of problem. In the past people worked in one or two workplaces, but recently it has changed. Even workers change workplace every year.
In conclusion, recently most people try to carve the niche for themselves with different works throughout the life. Workers change their path for many reasons. Personal growth, good salary are examples for this trend. Otherwise, this development has positive and negative sides, which elucidated.
